Healthy Living Week

This week the children have had the opportunity to find out how to keep their mind and body healthy. Today, they took part in a series of workshops to find out the best way to get a good night sleep, what a healthy, balanced diet looks like etc.
On Friday the children will have the opportunity to make their own smoothie using a smoothie bike!
