The FOSPS Committee members would like to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the fund raising events of 2011.
Our next meeting will take place on Tuesday 15th May at 7.30pm in the Parrot room. If you would like to join our team, have fund raising ideas or would just like to find out more about the fundraising we do, then please come along.

Quiz and Curry night
This event will take place again on Friday 25th May. Tickets are available from the school office. Price is £10 per person that includes a curry from Southams Balti Hut.
Cake Sale
This will take place after school on Wednesday 30th May this is a very popular event, so if you want to buy some delicious cakes then please come along.If you wish to donate any cakes for this event then please bring to school on the morning of the 30th.
Easter egg raffle and Disco
The Easter egg raffle and Easter Discos have now taken place, congratulations to all who won an Easter egg and thank you to all who helped to make the discos a great success.
Courtyards
It has been agreed that FOSPS will provide funding to renovate the school courtyards. Further details will follow as and when they become available.At present Miss Longworth is in consultation with the children.
Funding towards Year 3/4 trip has also been approved and funding towards the Lion King trip in September has been agreed.

Funding 2011 - 2012
FOSPS have agreed to contribute towards the cost of coaches for a planned trip happening in the next academic year.
At the meeting on 20th October it was agreed that we would provide money to buy some new music for the choir and a camera for Peacock class.
It has been agreed that FOSPS will provide the funds to purchase some hurdles for use at athletics club. (These have now arrived)
Swans,Penguins and Owls have used their class fund so that they could book an extra tour while on their school trip to the Cotswold Wildlife Park.
Other Funding
At present we are looking into providing funding to improve the seating available for the children in both key stage playgrounds.
Miss Longworth has now chosen some suitable benches and an order has been placed ( these are now in place).We have also provided extra cooking equipment that the school is short of and have set up a fund that will be available for each class when extra resources are required.
We will keep you informed on any further funding decisions that are made.
