Comenius School Projects are joint, cross-curricular initiatives which give pupils and staff the chance to work directly with those in these other countries on topics of common interest.

England’s Winning Logo
Why not find out more on our E-guiding blog: http://eguiding.skolbloggen.se/
Most of us have now finished our second task of creating a photo story about being a child that goes to Southam Primary School. Below are some of the completed photo stories that Mrs Green and Mr Cousens will be taking with them on their trip to Sweden.
Our first task was for each country to create a logo for the project so we could then vote for the final winning logo from the seven countries. The Years 5/6 took charge of the first task creating a variety of different logos before choosing the one they wished to enter for our school. All the votes from us and the other countries were counted and I am now exceedingly pleased and proud to say that England’s logo has been chosen by the other countries as the overall winner!

Mr Willis and Miss Hiles had the chance to go to Santiago in Spain to intiate the project in September. They got the chance to meet all the other participants from the other countries we will be working with and visit the school in Spain. Below is a link to the Photo Story they made about their visit with 'Archie the teddy' in the Spanish school. There is also another Photo Story made by the Belgian school about their frog's visit to Santiago!
